Feldenkrais Resources offers a complete selection of CD’s, DVD’s and books related to the Feldenkrais Method® of Somatic Education. We are the exclusive publisher of Moshe Feldenkrais’ extensive audio and video legacy and in addition carry a variety of programs by the world’s leading Feldenkrais Method teachers.
Founded in 1983 by Elizabeth Beringer and David Zemach-Bersin, Feldenkrais Resources is one of the oldest and most active somatic education organizations. On this website you can find information about workshops, ongoing classes, postgraduate courses and professional training programs at the Feldenkrais Institute of San Diego and at our sister centers in Berkeley, California, and New York City.
