This original Embodied Life Series contains 12 Awareness Through Movementlessons. Each lesson contains within it the essence of Russell's 30+ years of meditation and mindfulness practices while staying pure to the Feldenkrais Method.

Russell brings his 30 years of Zen practice to this unique set. These accessible series are of interest to both the new and experienced student. In addition to the movements, concepts and imagery are introduced to encourage the assimilation of the work into everyday life. Both movement and awareness themes basic to the Feldenkrais Method become embodied in both sets of 12 lessons.
