Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes consist of verbally guided movement sequences. Each class is different and over time a large variety of movements, positions and learning states are explored. The classes engender an enjoyable process of self-awareness that helps develop increased vitality, flexibility, coordination and overall well-being. You do not need to bring anything to class. Wear comfortable, soft clothes that you can move in freely. ATM classes are not like anything else. Come and explore for yourself. All instructors are Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioners.
